Science Babes and Science Hunks in Cinema
This is another republish from I, science. The babes are my work and the hunks are Natalie Mills’ (MSc Science Communication, Imperial College). What image do you have of scientists? Often the scientists on screen are stereotyped as geeks and/or comic relief such as Doc Brown in Back to the Future or Q in James Bond. Rarely do we get to see sexy heroic scientists but when it does happen...

Getting back into blogging...
…for real this time. I promise. Since I’ve neglected this blog massively I thought it was about time I took it more seriously. To start things off I’m going to republish some of the articles I write for I, science (Imperial College’s student run science magazine). Eventually we’ll have some original content, a few recipes and whatever else appeals to me to vomit...
I’ve never jumped on a bandwagon before but this one’s got my name on it. #save6music!
RT @mrchrisaddison: 6Music serves a minority interest, does it? Then it’s heartland BBC. Leave it a-fucking-lone. #save6music
Does anyone else think 6music would be listened to a bit more if it was FM not crappy DAB? I’ve never seen an ad for it either #save6music
RT @mrchrisaddison: On the same note, I think we should dismantle the NHS because it’s unfair competitions for all those private hospita …
RT @charltonbrooker: I was going to buy a digital radio next week. If they get rid of BBC 6music I might as well not fucking bother.
RT @qikipedia: One of the original Oxford English Dictionary’s main contributors had to stop when he cut off his penis in a fit of madness
